Reynolds Named Winner of Pierre Jay Award

SAN ANTONIO – George Reynolds, past NASCUS Chairman and retired state regulator from Georgia, has been named winner of the 2010 NASCUS Pierre Jay Award.

Reynolds was honored during the NASCUS State System Summit and was recognized for outstanding service, leadership and commitment to NASCUS and the dual chartering system.

After a 34-year career with the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance, Reynolds retired from the agency in May 2010 as the Senior Deputy Commissioner of Banking.
