ROSEVILLE, Calif. - (03/06/06) -- A man who allegedly held-up SAFE CUlast Thursday was caught a short while later while he was using thebathroom in a restaurant near the scene of the crime. The suspectwas arrested at the scene and charged with the robbery. The suspectwas identified as David Trewartha, 38, of Auburn, who was beingheld without bail.
