S1 Reports Net Loss On Fall In Revenues

ATLANTA – S1 Corp. reported a $1.8 million loss for the second quarter, based on a 15% decline in revenues for the period to $51.8 million.

The second quarter loss compares to a $4.6 million profit for the second quarter last year, as a corporate restructuring began to take hold.

For the first six months of the year revenues declined by 14% to $102.9 million, while losses were $2.8 million compared to net income of $13.6 million for the first half last year.
