Sally McNight To Retire From Houston Federal Credit Union

Sally McKnight, President of Houston Federal Credit Union, said she will retire in June, 2006 after 37 years in credit unions.

Ms. McKnight began her career in 1969 when she helped form a new credit union, Den-Tal-Ez Employees CU, in Des Moines, Iowa. After moving to Houston in 1971, she was named president of WKM ECU, and in 1979 joined Houston FCU as president. While at HFCU, McKight oversaw growth to $261 million in assets from $6 million.

Christopher Choat, HFCU's SVP-finance and technology, has been named so succeed McKnight.
