SANTA CRUZ, Calif. – Santa Cruz Community CU has named Elizabeth Carr, senior vice president for retail services at Ventura County CU, as president of the $90 million community development credit union.
Carr has 23 years experience in credit unions and also headed Ventura County CU’s CUSO, which offers insurance, protection packages and car buying services. Prior to that she was vice president, marketing/business development for VCCU, where she oversaw marketing, community and business development, charitable partnerships and communications.
