Officials with the $235 million credit union hope the system will help it increase operating efficiencies and improve scheduling of resources, while maintaining or improving member services.
Atlanta-based FMS provides a variety of solutions to credit unions and banks, including Teller Management System, Online Scheduling and Lobby Tracking System.
