LIVONIA, Mich. CU Solutions Group has released an update on its member engagement program, SaveUp.
In addition to helping credit unions build stronger member relationships and generate leads for new products, the company said the program also is helping credit union members achieve their financial goals. With SaveUp, every time members save money or pay down debt they earn credits they can use to win valuable prizes or redeem for rewards. Through May, CU Solutions Group said SaveUp has helped users save $449 million, pay down $296 million in debt, given away 797 prizes and more than 25,000 merchant-funded rewards and benefits, and completed 75,000 financial education sessions
In addition, the CUSO said more than 45% of SaveUp users are engaging weekly and connecting with their CU-branded content. It said the program has generated more than 2,600 inquiries for new products and services.
Forty CUs are participating in the program.
