Service CU Donates $20,000 To Public Education Foundation

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. Service CU has contributed $20,000 to the Clipper Foundation, a community-wide partnership aiming to bolster public education in Grades K-12 in Portsmouth and the surrounding communities of Rye, Newington, Greenland and New Castle.

The permanent endowment fund is envisioned as a way to fund innovative and unique learning opportunities for Seacoast students. Organizers said the $20,000 donation will go toward curriculum enrichment, experimental programming and professional development.
