Shared Branching Univ. Opens

The Texas Credit Union Service Centers (TCUSC) is joining with MyDAS, a subsidiary of Liberty, to introduce a Shared Branching University.

The effort will provide high-demand educational resources to assist in staff training, client utilization and service enhancement for TCUSC's member credit unions, the two companies said. TCUSC said it hopes to expand this program in support of other credit union service center networks through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

"We believe that the introduction of a 24-by-7 online learning platform exclusively focused on the specialized shared branching product will help participating credit unions utilize shared branching more effectively for their individual credit union and members," said TCUSC's Mark Chatfield. "We want to make sure that shared branching services provides the highest possible level of return for our members" relayed Mark Chatfield of TCUSC.
