Core systems provider Sharetec System and payments processing company Shazam Network have joined forces to provide Sharetec’s credit union clients with an electronic funds transfer service.
The partnership was facilitated by the fact that Sharetec and Shazam previously shared a number of the same clients, Sharetec regional director Keane Kulak said in a press release Thursday.
The new service already has a fan in one of the two companies’ share customers, Members First Credit Union in Madison, Wis. The credit unions president said in the news release that the partnership provided “cost savings, seamless integration for card ordering and customer service.”
