STRATFORD, Conn. – Sikorsky Financial CU announced a new savings account designed for individuals 17 years old and younger.
The "Early Advantage" account pays 5% interest on the first $500 deposited, to encourage young people to begin a savings program. Deposits over $500 will be paid interest at the prevailing market rate.
Young people living in Fairfield, New Haven or Hartford counties may open "Early Advantage" accounts.
