LAKE BLUFF, Ill. — As banks continue to garner bad press on unfair credit card practices, a site has been created to differentiate and highlight credit union credit card programs.
Card Analysis Solutions is inviting CUs to register their card programs for free on a new consumer website. In order to qualify for the registry, credit unions must fill out an online registration form. All credit unions are eligible to be listed on this registry regardless if the rates are fixed or variable. The consumer site, which goes live on Dec. 1, will provide visitors with an easy method to locate credit union card programs that have been approved through the registry effort.
"There is intense interest from consumers in finding credit cards and providers that don't charge ridiculous charges and rates.
