COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.-Authorities have traced a credit card breach that has caused at least three large area CUs to reissue thousands of cards after hackers gained access to Cheers Liquor Mart's computer system last month.

The breach was traced by an independent security firm, Cyposis LLC, of Denver. The company is working with authorities to determine who is responsible for the breach. Ent FCU, Security Service FCU and Air Academy FCU began notifying affected cardholders of the breach after detecting suspicious transactions on their cards.
