N. CHARLESTON, S.C. – South Carolina FCU has started a new talent management and human resources CUSO called Optimal Talent Solutions.

The new CUSO will support enhancement or implementation to improve acquiring, developing and retaining credit union personnel. The group also will provide support on regulatory compliance for outsourcing, training equal opportunity, and diversity and inclusion laws.
Crissy Ortiz, talent acquisition manager at the $1.3-billion credit union, will head the new CUSO.
