Spire FCU’s CEO Resigns Amid Big Losses

ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Spire FCU, which reported big losses this year, said its president and CEO John Gisler has resigned and been replaced by chief financial officer Dan Stolz, who will be acting CEO.

The $585 million credit union, formerly Twin City Co-Ops FCU, reported a $2 million loss for the third quarter and a $6.6 million loss for the first three quarters of the year.

Gisler worked for Spire for 22 years, including 20 years as President/CEO.
