Under the program, employees will receive anannual reward and both employees and members will receive anaccount bonus. Local Government FCU, Raleigh, N.C., has signed withShareBuilder to offer employees and members a similar bonus.ShareBuilder is an online investment service that allows consumersto buy fractions of shares of stock.
