HOUSTON - (1/07/04) -- FSV Payment Systems said it plans tointroduce a stored value customer loyalty card program for thecheck cashing chain, Moneytree Inc. The CashSolutions card, whichis targeted for people without traditional bank or credit unionaccounts, will be offered to all Moneytree customers free ofcharge, functioning as both a prepaid PIN debit card and customeridentification. The cards allow holders to add value by depositingfunds or cashing funds, that are deposited in an account at BankFirst in South Dakota. FSV will pilot the card program in nineMoneytree stores in the Spokane, Wash., market for 90days.
