St.Vincent’s Employees FCU To Merge Into McGraw-Hill FCU

NEW YORK – Members of $8.5-million St. Vincent’s Employees FCU has approved a merger in which it will be absorbed by McGraw-Hill Federal Credit Union.

Founded to serve Saint Vincent’s Hospital Manhattan, the hospital closed its doors in 2010 after 161 years of operation. Arlene Bernard and Norma Carrasquillo, longstanding employees of St. Vincent’s Employees FCU, will join McGraw-Hill FCU’s team as business development executive and branch administrator, respectively.

The merged institution will have 18,500 members and $267 million in total assets.
