GREENSBORO, N.C. – Summit CU has signed with AnyHour Solutions to implement the company’s AnyHour Loan-By-Phone 24/7 call center service.
The $130-million credit union will use AnyHour to supplement its internal call center by taking overflow member consumer loan application calls during weekdays and weekends.
AnyHour will be using Summit’s existing InterLend product to input loan-by-phone applications.
