MADISON, Wis. – Summit CU, which has become the biggest credit union in Wisconsin after its recent merger, on Friday said it has chosen Tfactor’s KnowledgePortal360 as its online training platform, as it moves to integrate the staff from Great Wisconsin CU.
The merged credit unions, which will be known as Summit CU, said it will take advantage of the enterprise features of the KnowledgePortal360 and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution model for the KnowledgePortal360 implementation.
Utilization of the system will begin immediately. KnowledgePortal360’s Web conferencing functionality will facilitate “face-to-face” collaboration as the combining staffs plan the transition.
Summit CU will roll out its new training curriculum over the next few months, including off-the-shelf courseware and custom modules such as Product Knowledge courses developed with the integrated CourseBuilder.
The new institution will have more than $1.2 billion in assets, topping $1.1 billion Landmark CU as the state’s biggest credit union.
