WAYNE, Penn. - SunGard said it has agreed to acquire Strohl Systems, a provider of business continuity systems.
Strohl is best known among credit unions for its PLANet, an Internet-based business continuity planning and crisis management platform.
Strohl Systems, which is based nearby SunGard in King of Prussia, Penn., will become part of SunGard Availability Services, a provider of information availability solutions.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
