BROOKFIELD, Wis. – Fiserv announced yesterday its ACCEL/Exchange ATM network has signed with Allpoint, a unit of Cardtronics, to provide credit union and bank members surcharge-free access to 32,000 ATMs. The deal will expand ACCEL/Exchange’s own surcharge-free alliance, called ‘No SUR’, by adding the Allpoint machines. Credit union and bank members of ACCEL/Exchange looking for surcharge-free ATMs will now have the option of signing on to the Allpoint network or No SUR alliance, or both.
