Suspect Guilty In $250,000 Heist At Industrial Centre FCU

MUNCIE, Ind. – The first of three individuals charged in a $250,000 May 2009 holdup at Industrial Centre FCU, one of the largest heists in local history, pleaded guilty to armed robbery charges last week.

John Repass, 36, was captured in a few weeks after the holdup in Utah, where authorities seized cash stolen from the credit union.

A second suspect, Stanley Wills, 32, is scheduled to stand trial in June, while the alleged getaway car driver, Wills’ girlfriend, Maranda Conley, 30, is scheduled for trial in July.

The two men allegedly were wearing costumes and armed with handguns when they entered the credit union and robbed employees of $250,355.

Repass is scheduled to be sentenced in July.
