MARSHALLTOWN, Iowa. - (12/01/04) -- A 15-year-old boy was arrestedMonday and charged with last week's armed robbery at Fist Member'sCU here. Fernando Garcia was captured after a short foot chaseafter two residents called police and said they recognized him froma description of the robber. The money, the gun used in the hold-upand the clothes worn during the robbery were all recovered bypolice. Police said a suspect wearing a hooded sweatshirt and skimask hit the credit union just before lunchtime, then fled in agray pick-up truck.
