The California credit unionprovided a five-year member business loan of $7.5 million to thepurchaser, 200 West Capitol LLC, of Reseda, Calif. The268,598-square-foot building is located at Bank of America Plaza.Telesis Community CU, which has one of the largest business lendingoperations of any credit union, generally participates out, orsyndicates, its loans.
