Telesis Community CU FinancesOut-Of-State Office Project

CHATSWORTH, Calif. - (07/18/06) – Telesis Community CU has signeda deal to finance the $10.2 million purchase of a 24-story officebuilding in downtown Little Rock, Ark. The California credit unionprovided a five-year member business loan of $7.5 million to thepurchaser, 200 West Capitol LLC, of Reseda, Calif. The268,598-square-foot building is located at Bank of America Plaza.Telesis Community CU, which has one of the largest business lendingoperations of any credit union, generally participates out, orsyndicates, its loans.
