Telesis Community CU has signed a deal to finance the $10.2-million purchase of a 24-story office building in downtown Little Rock, Ark.
The California CU provided a five-year member business loan of $7.5 million to the purchaser, 200 West Capitol LLC, of Reseda, Calif. The 268,598-square-foot building is located at Bank of America Plaza.
Telesis Community CU, which has one of the largest business lending operations of any credit union, generally participates out, or syndicates, its loans.
The top five banks and thrifts have combined total assets of nearly $13 trillion.
