AUSTIN, Texas – State regulators approved three credit union mergers, including the giant Texas Dow Employees CU’s acquisition of San Jacinto Area CU.
The State CU Division also cleared the combination of Texas First Choice FCU in Irving with Prestige Community CU in Dallas, and of People’s CU in Abilene with Abilene Teachers FCU.
Also, Waco Postal CU has applied to change its name to Linkage CU.
