LAKE JACKSON, Texas – Texas Dow Employees CU said last night it’s TDECU Insurance Agency has acquired Associated Insurance Agency, which provides property and casualty, and commercial products to the business community.

The Houston insurance agency will compliment the credit union giant’s recent acquisition of two Houston credit unions Bluebonnet FCU and San Jacinto Area CU.
TDECU Insurance, a wholly owned CUSO of the $1.8 billion credit union, offers personal property and casualty, commercial products, payment protection, travel and life insurance, among other lines.
