LAKE JACKSON, Texas – Texas Dow Employees CU picked up two more Houston-area branches in Pasadena with completion of the acquisition of $60 million San Jacinto Area CU.
The deal follows the $1.8-billion credit union’s earlier absorption of $80-million Bluebonnet CU, with branches in Houston and Baytown.
The San Jacinto merger received regulatory approval in November. San Jacinto branches will transition to TDECU branches over the next six months.
