NASHVILLE, Tenn.-A man wearing a full Santa Claus costume robbed a branch of SunTrust Bank here yesterday.

Santa stood in line and even was described as "jovial" by one customer before he pulled a handgun out and announced a robbery was taking place, forcing customers to lay on the floor.
He had specific demands for tellers, and threatened that if given a dye pack he would return to the branch and kill everyone. On his way out of the branch he remarked that he was robbing the bank because he had to "pay my elves."
Police actually got a description of the robber, with which most Credit Union Journal readers are likely already familiar.
