OSHKOSH, Wis. — Three credit unions have announced a unique merger that eventually would result in a credit union with an entirely new brand identity.

Although Lakeview CU, Neenah, Wis., and Best Advantage CU, Brillion, Wis., will initially be merged into CitizensFirst CU, with the CitizensFirst name and charter being the surviving entity, the goal is then to create a new name and brand for the $600 million, 47,000-member credit union that will be the result of the three-way union.
The merger is expected to be complete April 30.
