FORT BENNING, Ga. – TIC FCU said it completed a $3 million renovation of its branch here using so-called “dialogue” design with upgraded technology.

Features include interactive work stations, called “pods,” that allow members and employees to discuss business side by side, rather than traditional teller stations. There also are touch-screen videos that discuss products and services, as well as an online bill payment kiosk, an area for kids, and flat screen TVs to occupy members while they wait.
The $200 million credit union has invested $10 million in rebuilding or renovating it six branches.
The credit union, formed to serve Fort Benning’s The Infantry Center, plans to build at least one more branch.
