SCRANTON, Penn. – Tobyhanna Army Depot FCU has sold the building it called home since 1995 and plans to build new offices at a nearby site it has owned since 2006.
The $150 million credit union’s plans call for a three-story, 24,000-square-foot building with a drive-through. It hopes to break ground by July 1 and will be ready to move in 12 months.
The project is estimated to cost $4 million.
