Trona Valley in Wyo. Names New CEO, Tynsky to Retire

Trona Valley Federal Credit Union in Green River, Wyo., has named a new chief executive after the planned retirement of its longtime chief.

The $171 million-asset Trona promoted Jeremy Gibson to CEO from the position of chief operating officer. Gibson will succeed Marsha Tynsky, who plans to retire on Jan. 31.

Tynsky has worked for Trona for 39 years, dating to the time when it was known as Stauffer Big Island Federal Credit Union.

Additionally, Linda Fusselman, Trona's vice president of lending, has retired. She joined Trona in 1993.

Trona has 18,700 members and operates four branches in southwestern Wyoming, in Green River, Rock Springs, Evanston and Mountain View.
