SAN DIEGO – Two off-duty Marine sergeants were charged yesterday with armed robbery in Saturday’s holdup at the California Coastal CU branch in La Mesa.
Sgts. Davan Darden, 23, and Dominique Lasker, 26, are stationed at the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego as part of the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing.
Two suspects jumped over the counter and robbed tellers at gunpoint, the FBI said.
