PANAMA CITY, Fla. – Tyndall FCU announced yesterday it has contracted with CoreTrac, Inc. to install the company’s ResourceOne CRM/Sales Force Automation solution.
ResourceOne offers lead and referral contact/account management; integration to the $1.1 billion credit union’s core and other data sources; loan and deposit pipeline management; detailed management reports; incentive and compensation tracking; and it synchronizes easily with Outlook, Lotus Notes, GroupWise, and PDA’s.
CoreTrac is based in Austin, Texas.
