TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – United Solutions Co., a data center for credit union transaction processing, has agreed to acquire Office Systems Consultants, a document and records management systems company.

The acquisition will enable United Solutions to expand its presence into the retail imaging market and serve a wider range of clients with a broader offering, the company said.
United Solutions now operates as an application service provider, offering such services as e-mail, web hosting, leased servers, and data backup and recovery.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
