HONOLULU – Unversity of Hawaii FCU said yesterday that Jeanine Morse, director of sales and marketing since 2007, is being promoted to succeed Ariel Chun as president and CEO of the $420 million credit union.

Chun is retiring at the end of the year after 23 years with the credit union.
Morse previously worked as chief operating officer for Premier Community CU in Stockton, Calif., and was executive vice president for The Golden One CU in Sacramento.
UofH FCU reported a solid first half of 2009 with $4 million of net income.
