SALT LAKE CITY - (11/01/05) -- Four more local school districts arethe recipients of $20,000 in grants from the 100% For Kids CreditUnion Education Foundation, which has provided more than $3 millionin school funding over the past two years. The newest awards were:$4,800 to Moss Elementary for software to promote Englishproficiency; $8,900 to Hillside Elementary for books; $5,000 forRobert Frost Elementary for books; and $3,700 for JacklingElementary to purchase microscopes, globes and other equipment formath and science. The foundation is an arm of the Utah League ofCUs.
