MADISON, Wis. – UW CU has joined with DaneCountyMarket.com, a tool for researching real estate in Dane County, to provide loan products and services for members and non-members.
The site aims to provide one-stop shopping for homebuyers, including a search for available listings, a competitive market analysis about available houses and condos in Dane County, and educational information about the home loan process.
Through the partnership, consumers will have access to a variety of tools to help them achieve homeownership, including UW CU’s different home loan programs. Consumers will be able to utilize the credit union’s mortgage preapproval system so they can be better prepared for the home buying process. In addition, consumers can track mortgage interest rates, find financial education articles on the website and access UW CU’s financial education seminar schedule.
