LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Credit Unions Care Foundation of Virginia has made a $10,000 donation to aid food banks and the Salvation Army this holiday season.

Funds are being distributed to all areas of the state thanks to the support of Virginia's not-for-profit, member-owned credit unions, which contribute financially to the Credit Unions Care Foundation.
The Foundation was established in May as a non-profit organization dedicated to the charitable, educational and community causes supported by Virginia's member-owned credit unions.
