Wanigas CU Helps Renovate 12 Homes For Habitat For Humanity

SAGINAW, Mich. – Saginaw Habitat for Humanity has received a $384,000 grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis, which it will use in partnership with Wanigas CU to renovate 12 homes on foreclosed properties for disabled homeowners.

The credit union will oversee the project, named Wanigas Credit Union ReHabitations, and contribute $10,000 to the project.

Saginaw Habitat for Humanity has received more than $1.4 million and completed 125 homes using grants from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis since 1996.
