YAKIMA, Wash. – Yakima Valley CU and Catholic CU have completed their combination, creating a $475-credit union to be known as Solarity CU.

Solarity integrated the data systems of the two credit unions during the New Year’s weekend. All members are now on one core processing system, which management of the new credit union said offers superior features.
The data systems integration gives the newly formed credit union more than 45,000 members and eight branch locations from the Kittitas Valley to the Lower Yakima Valley.
