WOCCU Inducts Nine Into IEVC

MADISON, Wis. – World Council of Credit Unions has inducted nine credit union professionals into its International Executive Volunteer Corps (IEVC), which recognizes industry leaders for their dedication to international credit union development and volunteer service with World Council.

Inducted were Joe Bergeron, CEO of the Association of Vermont Credit Unions (partnered with Peru); Alan Cameron, CEO of the Idaho League (formerly partnered with the Solomon Islands); Mark Cummins, CEO of the Minnesota CU Network (partnered with Paraguay); Rob Kimmett, VP with the Massachusetts CU League (partnered with the Bahamas); Tom Liebe, VP with the Wisconsin league (partnered with the Dominican Republic); Dick Nesvold, CEO of SouthPoint FCU (for work with Paraguay’s CUs); David Southall, CEO of Innovations FCU (worked with League of Southeastern CUs’ partnership with Costa Rica); Brett Thompson, CEO of the Wisconsin league (partnered with Dominican Republic); and, Kristina Wright of the Minnesota CU Network (Paraguay).
