MINNEAPOLIS - (01/05/06) -- Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, aunit of Netherlands-based Wolters Kluwer, said it is changing thenames of its financial services subsidiaries to that of the parent.Among them and Bankers Systems, which has a lengthy list of creditunion clients using its compliance solutions and other offerings.Other units also making the name change are Atchley Systems, VMPMortgage Solutions, GainsKeeper, and CCH Wall Street. The companysaid that customers will continue to see the former names, such asBankers Systems, but the brands will be used as the names ofproduct family brands rather than company names. Invoices,stationery, business cards, and other materials will adopt the newWolters Kluwer Financial Services brand.
