SEACAUCUS, N.J. – XCEL FCU said it has been selected by the Executive Women's Golf Association (EWGA) to provide its members with financial services.
As part of the deal, the credit union will donate up to $12,500 annually to the EWGA Foundation's Women On Par Scholarship Program.
“We have been a sponsor of several EWGA chapters in the Mid-Atlantic area for the past two years and wanted to take the next step in our relationship with the EWGA,” said Business Development Director Ray de Qunital.
XCEL will donate 1% of the total average loan and deposit balances of EWGA members who join the credit union between Sept. 1, 2010 and Aug. 31, 2011 – up to $12,500 to the foundation. Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.-based EWGA was formed to help more women learn, play and enjoy golf for business and fun. It has more than 125 chapters in the U.S.
