WOODLAND, Calif.—Yolo FCU announced that President/CEO Clyde Brooker will retire at the end of December after 16 years of service. Brooker joined Yolo FCU in 1997 as president/chief executive officer after more than 10 years on the board of directors.
During his tenure as CEO, the CEO grew from $57.3 million to $209.5 million. The CU's current senior vice president, Jenee Rawlings, will succeed Brooker.
"I am leaving Yolo FCU in very capable hands," Brooker said. "Jenee has been with the credit union for more than 24 years and has been an integral part of our senior management team. We have worked very closely over the past several years, making this an easy transition."
