The awards were presented by Charlie Mallon, president/CEO of Congressional FCU and chairman of the CU Cherry Blossom Race Committee: FRB FCU had the fastest CU running team, and won the "Cash Us If You Can" award for a CU team with a recordbreaking time of 2:52:43.
