Children's Miracle Day, which includes both the Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run in Washington and the SacTown Ten-Mile Run in Sacramento, Calif., raised $487,000 for Childrens Miracle Network Hospitals.

Mamitu Daska of Ethiopia handily won the women's division at the Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run with a time of 52:05.

In another photo finish this year for the Cherry Blossom race, Stephen Sambu sprinted to the end to narrowly beat out last years victor Daniel Salel. Both recorded a finishing time of 45:29.
