Hopewell FCU, Heath, Ohio, hired Heather Koklich as executive assistant/human resource generalist.
Michigan State University FCU, East Lansing, Mich., promoted Russ Waligorski to consumer loans operations assistant manager and Kyle Wright to adjustments manager.
MAX FCU, Montgomery, Ala., named Martee Moseley vice president of business services for the East Alabama territory, including Lee, Macon and Russell counties.
Lower Valley CU, Sunnyside, Wash., promoted Josh Beck to EVP and CFO.
